**Crown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for a **Warehouse Supervisor**

Location: Wolverhampton

**Principle Objective**:
To ensure the daily facility lockdown procedure is monitored & completed according to strict guidelines issued - in the absence of Branch Supervisor / Site Supervisor. Maintaining security of the facility at all times and work to constantly improve awareness and vigilance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To provide co-ordination of all activity and allocate staff accordingly, guaranteeing effective and efficient services to Crown’s customers, within a safe working environment.
- To plan and co-ordinate the timely completion of all business-as-usual operational activities; ensuring that the correct levels of competency and trained manpower resource are available every day.
- Assess warehouse locations’ workload and allocate resources to ensure various works and projects are on time.
- Report on stock and container availability
- Ensure accurate records of all storage movements at all locations are kept.
- Abiding to health and safety policies throughout all sites.
- Forklift trucks and moving equipment checks and servicing are managed and kept up to date.
- Ensure working areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Be able to react to a flexible schedule as vehicles and crews will need to be loaded and unloaded at various times of the day.
- To consistently achieve team productivity & performance targets and be responsible for reporting matters relating to behavioural/performance of the team to your line manager.
- Making sure that all teams are operating within Crown’s written performance metrics and in-line with current ISO Quality standards.
- Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally with satisfactory outcomes.

**Skills/ Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Experience in warehouse Management FLT and reach truck operation, Health and safety compliance.
- Experience in resource manage
- Good understanding of Excel and related IT skills
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Good interpersonal skills - able to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Good commercial awareness and critical thinker

**Desirable**:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
