Recruitment Administrator

**We are recruiting within an education environment for a Recruitment Administrator. This is a temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 months.**
While you don't have to have recruitment or HR experience we are seeking someone who is an excellent communicator with strong admin or organisational skills
**Hours of work**: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
**Rate**: £11.81/hr
**What will I be doing?**
Advertising, shortlisting and interview administration.
Providing a first-class Recruitment administrative service to all stakeholders, acting as first point of contact for queries and enquiries however they come into the department, dealing with them in a timely manner and escalating as required.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Advertising jobs on internal platforms and social media including job boards and external media.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data including applicants applying, interview confirmations and shortlists ensuring all employment requirements are met.
- Sending out offer letters and contracts of employments
- Store information on the team’s HR Shared Drive in a structured and effective way, so that it is easily accessible to team members and is maintained in-line with the Data Protection and Data Retention policies.??
- Supporting the onboarding processes for all new starters, including the preparation of contracts of employment, completion all relevant pre-employment checks, maintain contact with new starters throughout the process, issue all new starter documentationand ensure that the Single Central Record is maintained.
- Support the Recruitment Specialist, when necessary, with staff recruitment activities such as career fairs, recruitment events, and other activities.
- Support with the administration of compliance training requirements for new starters.
- Provide management reports on Recruitment, both monthly and ad hoc as required.
