Clinical Assistant

The Clinic Assistant team is based at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton. The team provide administrative and technical support to the ward based surgical doctors in the delivery of patient care. Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes which match our own We are seeking to recruit individuals who have a positive outlook and who continually aspire to promote quality and excellence in their work.
The post would ideally suit someone who has worked as a HCA in the past and successfully completed the care certificate. You will be supervised by the medical team on a day to day basis but you will work with a degree of autonomy, so it is vital that you are organised and are able to manage your time effectively. It is important that you have good communication skills and that you are able to foster positive professional relationships with your patients and colleagues.
