**Summary**:
We're looking to hire an enthusiastic and committed site-based Maintenance Supervisor to join our team of landscape professionals, based in Chester.

Previous experience along with the highest standards of workmanship, and a keen eye for detail are very important to this role.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining areas to the highest possible standard.
- Supervising a team of Ground Maintenance Operatives.
- Organising and planning order of work and allocating tasks per job.
- Keep operations running, monitor quality and efficiency, and ensure work meets timescale.
- Resolving any operational issues to ensure smooth running of projects.
- Continually seeking ways to improve operational standards and methods.
- Carrying out any other duties in line with the role as required in the best interests of the company.
- Ensuring working practices are in-line with the companies ISO9001 & ISO14001 policies.

**Essential Qualifications/Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years-experience within a similar role
- CSCS card
- Full Driving License

**Essential Qualifications/Experience**
- NPTC PA1 & PA6 spraying license

**Salary**: From £13.75 per hour
