We are seeking a skilled Glazing Order Processor to join our dynamic team. As a Glazing Order Processor, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the order processing workflow for UPVC residential installations. Your role will involve liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, contributing to our company's commitment to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing: Accurately process and manage incoming orders for windows, doors, and conservatories using specialized software such as Window Designer, Business Micros, or similar platforms.

2. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to gather order specifications, provide updates on order progress, and address any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.

3. Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and components required for order fulfillment, monitoring inventory levels to prevent delays.

4. Order Tracking: Monitor order status and progress, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

5. Documentation: Generate and maintain accurate documentation related to orders, including contracts, specifications, invoices, and correspondence, adhering to company policies and procedures.

6. Quality Assurance: Work closely with the production team to ensure that orders meet quality standards and specifications, conducting thorough inspections as needed.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, production, and installation teams, to facilitate smooth order processing and resolve any operational challenges.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in the window industry, with a strong understanding of UPVC residential installations and related products.

2. Familiarity with order processing software such as Window Designer, Business Micros, or similar platforms is essential.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
