**Account Executive / Sales Order Processor - PackagingPosition Overview**
- Retain and manage existing customer relationships
- Receive customer orders
- Provide accurate information for estimating, production, reprographics, and technical department
- Artwork management
- Technically review artwork with the Operation's Team
- Job bag creation for production following strict process controls
- Distribute accurate information internally and externally to fulfil customer requirements
- Customer liaison regarding price, lead-time, and delivery destination
- Stock management
- Critical delivery date management
- Raise purchase orders for raw material and outwork services

**Account Executive / Sales Order Processor - PackagingPosition Requirements**
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Previous experience processing orders
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Mixture of commercial/customer services experience
- Experienced within a manufacturing environment (ideally packaging)

**Account Executive / Sales Order Processor - PackagingPosition Remuneration**
- Salary Circa £25k dependent on experience
- Hours 37.5 - 9:00am -5:00pm
- Pension
- Holiday
