The Studio Production Executive is a crucial role across the Studio within the Centre of Creative Excellence. Ensuring that all content requirements are scheduled into the studios, products are sourced, picked, resource/locations are booked, and each shoot is successfully delivered.
You will be pivotal in ensuring projects are correctly briefed to the creative team & then run to their agreed critical paths. Responsible for a complex production, you must be able to multi-task, handle fast paced projects with tight timelines that require excellent communication & influencing skills and the ability to think on your feet and problem solve on the go.
The on-time, in full & to budget delivery of content that exceeds expectations is key to success in this role.
**As a Studio Production Executive you'll**:
- Production planning: Planning of complex photoshoots by arranging studio space, models, location houses and resource, along with ensuring that content is scheduled into the studios via the scheduling team. Briefing shoot requirements in to our inhouse asset management system.
- Shoot management, reporting & KPI’s: Manage the production schedule throughout the duration of each shoot, ensuring studio processes are followed, production KPI’s achieved and budgets are adhered to. Keeping teams & stakeholders updated of any changes in real time, capturing progress as the shoot happens and making critical decisions at pace in order to ensure the shoot is delivered with success.
- Content Excellence: Ensure that all content produced as part of projects/ shoots meets both the agreed briefs and also standards set by the Studio Creative Manager. Is responsible for making sure that content has passed through the Studio QC process before being provided to the client or Central Account team
- Product sourcing: Manage the coordination of all assets/ products required for project/ shoot. Liaising with Trading, DC and stores, to ensure that assets arrive within the allocated timeframe, escalating any issues through the relevant routes.
- Communication: Identify the level and frequency of communication required throughout the project, across all stakeholders. Document all contact with the client or Central Account Team to maintain a high level of communication building trust and credibility attached to the relationship between the Studio and its clients. Ensure that all costs and deadlines are monitored and tracked throughout the life cycle of the project. Communicating any changes to relevant stakeholders. Ensure that Bradwell Media reputation and agreed SLAs are in mind throughout every project.
- Budget tracking: Track & understand all costs associated with a shoot. Look for cost effective ways of working. Keep track of spends through the Bradwell studios and process payments. Report on final actual costs at the end of each shoot within a timely manner.
- Collaborative Working: Build and maintain honest, trusting and collaborative relationships both internally within the Studio & Centre of Creative Excellence. Actively seeking and providing feedback in order to constantly improve service and achieve agreed service KPI’s.
- Asset Management: Responsible for the client or Central Account team receiving all completed assets in a timely manner, ensuring they are saved in the DAM and available for download across the business.
