Transport Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Planner to join our team. As a Transport Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the movement of goods and materials to ensure efficient delivery schedules. You will work closely with our senior planner and transport manager to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation solutions.
**Duties**:
- Develop transportation plans and schedules based on customer requirements
- Monitor shipment progress
- Optimize routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
