**What we expect from you**
- A track record of rolling out Benefits packages (global preferable)
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally and be relatable and approachable
- Provide recommendations for benefits practice and governance ensuring that approved standards are communicated, followed and remain effective
- Confident in your approach and how you manage and organize your day to day is essential.
- Dealing with tricky and sometimes complex queries whilst managing other deadlines.
- Has some project exposure with the ability to track, manage and support strategic initiatives
- Comfortable and confident with following multi transactional processes. Ensuring documents, forms, compliance is met to deadline, on time, every time
