We have a fantastic opportunity for a first-class, corporate receptionist in a fabulous office building that is currently being marketed to let.

You will relish the opportunity to take ownership of the stunning reception and business lounge, going above and beyond to leave a lasting impression on everyone who comes into the building. You’ll take pride in everything you do, ensuring the building always looks in pristine condition and play a crucial role supporting letting agents to ensure a VIP viewing experience.

Located on a prestigious business park within easy reach of JCt4 M4, on the A408, with good bus links. There is also free parking at the building.

**Salary** - £24,000 pa

**Hours** - 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday

(NOTE - increasing to 8.30am - 5.00pm when first company moves into building)

Start - mid January

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front of House**
- You will become the face of the building, ensuring everyone receives a warm and professional welcome
- Take ownership of the reception and business lounge area, always looking for ways to improve working processes and the service delivered to everyone visiting or working in the building
- Efficiently sign in all visitors to the building following appropriate reception processes
- Provide hospitality and manage the business lounge ensuring optimum experience for all users
- Manage deliveries, including couriers and post
- You will develop a good understanding of the local area and produce a local amenities information file - becoming the ‘go to expert’ in terms of local knowledge

**Initiatives & Community**
- Develop and introduce classes and events to promote the building to others working at the park, with the aim of creating a sense of community and aid enjoyment in the workplace, as and when required
- Introduce a monthly e-newsletter promoting initiatives and concierge services
- helping to create a community vibe
- Find out what’s happening locally and reach out to the local community to find supporting offers to help promote new businesses, local charities and encourage involvement with the building

**Building and Services**
- Develop strong working relationships with the local letting agents and support them by ensuring any vacant office space is kept pristine in preparation for viewings
- Support the off-site Building Manager by ensuring any building issues are reported, monitored and managed to resolution - keeping stakeholders informed
- Produce a weekly site report for key stake holders

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Proven experience of working in a similar customer service role/commercial property environment
- Vibrant personality and a can-do attitude
- Highly organised and self motivated
- Proficient at delivering a high-end ‘meet and greet’ service, working efficiently and professionally at all times
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills
- Mac/PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and related software packages
