You’ll be responsible for hiring, retaining, developing and challenging all our people so we maintain and evolve an innovative, collaborative, resilient and dynamic culture to deliver on our ambitions.

We promote equal opportunities and a workplace where each individual can contribute and realize their full potential. By working actively to embrace diversity, we can enrich every discussion and decision at Zedify and bring our purpose to life. Our goal is to help create a workplace where everyone feels welcomed and included and treated fairly and respectfully.

- You’ll want to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives and careers and be an advocate for a diverse and equitable working environment

**The job will entail**:

- Oversee all HR and People systems as well as develop the overall people strategy for the business
- Running & improving the businesses recruitment, induction & onboarding process
- Ensuring all HR basics in place - policies, procedures, contracts, RTW, etc.
- Providing best practice advice and coaching to the operations team and the companies line managers in a multi-site business
- Developing and implementing the benefits package and reward & bonus schemes to drive performance, retain talent
- Oversee appraisal cycles, performance and pay reviews as well as identifying skills gaps, training opportunities & career pathways

You’ll share our ideals and ethos on sustainability, ethics and diversity and be motivated to make an immediate impact. You’ll be willing to participate, add value, and successfully solve the challenges of a rapidly growing technology business.

Finally, you’ll want to make a difference and be part of a team that’s excited about addressing big issues like climate change and making our cities more liveable. We also want to break the mould in cycling and logistics, creating a much more diverse sector that is stronger and better at what it does

**What to expect from us**:
This is a great opportunity to enter a business at an early stage in its journey, and play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of the people function from the ground-up.
