As we continue to grow 20%+ year after year, we’re now looking for Finance Director to join our Senior Management Team on permanent, full-time basis working in a hybrid fashion from our head office in Reading as well as remotely.

**The Role**
This is an outstanding opportunity for a high calibre finance professional to take on a new challenge as a key member of the Board. You will play a key role in the continued success of an impressive organisation with consistent 20+ year-on-year growth for overa decade.
You will have the chance to put your stamp on processes and will be at the heart of decision making at board level in order to put in place effective financial plans that will accelerate their growth and achieve their plans of global expansion. Your input willalso support Group level.
As Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic and financial guidance to our client’s Group, driving effective change, and ensuring all financial commitments are met.
Providing assistance and recommendations to the Departmental Managers, you will help develop strategies to create new shareholder value year-on-year and reshape the business model to increase profitability and sustainability. You will develop and implementpolicies and procedures to improve financial management and control throughout the business including implementing financial automation.
You will lead and develop the finance team, boosting productivity and effectively oversee budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management, increasing cash reserves.

**About You**
To be considered as our Finance Director, you will need:

- At least five years’ proven, progressive experience as a Finance Director
- Masters Business related degree or Bachelor’s degree and separate MBA
- Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) preferred, or equivalent
- Superb mentoring and management experience
- Evidence of initiating and implementing change and growth plans based on data analysis
This is a full-time role working 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, starting early (7am - 7:30am) and finishing early (4pm - 4:30pm).
Other organisations may call this role Finance Director, Head of Finance, or Financial Controller.
