Location: Manchester + 1-2 days working from home

Our client is a leading organisation based in Manchester City Centre, who are looking for an experienced Office Manager/ Business Operations Manager to join their Manchester team.

**Key Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the office environment, being hands on with resolving issues, managing the Director's diary, arranging hotels, travel and social events, key facilities services, performing HR and finance-related tasks.Oversee general management and health & safety matters for the office, ensuring everything is running properly.
Managing the Directors complex diary, arranging travel, hotel and social events, managing meetings, setting up calls, formatting documents and general administrative support for management personnel as required
Managing and keeping on top of the accounts daily inbox, dealing with account queries, chasing invoices, reconciling expenses. HR support; booking interviews for the Directors, new starter office induction, administration. Preparing weekly Business Operationmeetings with the Board and senior management. Creating projects, adding new contracts, updating internal and external contract records, checking live projects for any missing information and chasing staff, audit of all workspace details, checking who is/isnt updating their resource allocations
Dealing with day-day queries IT support: manage process for IT supplies including maintenance of Fixed Asset register. Manage relationship with third party suppliers: the landlord's managing agent, cleaners, reporting and resolving any issues.
**Ideal skills required for this role**:
Working previously as a Business Operations Manager / Office Manager or similar
Ability to provide general administrative support across a team of 14
Experienced in EA/ secretarial, Facilities management, HR, IT, and Finance processes
Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
Project management and problem solving expertise
Comfortable representing the company at a meetings
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure, use own initiatives
Exceptional communication skills
Strong attention to detail and being self sufficient
Must display flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
Exceptional IT knowledge and experience
