Our client a fast paced and fast growing company with their award winning software providing payroll solutions for over 1000 clients, are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Implementation Consultant to join their Migration team who are expanding andalready an established team. If you are adept at using software and familiar with complex configuration, have strong organisational skills, excellent knowledge of HR and payroll processes, and enjoy talking to clients, **we want to hear from you**
**Key Responsibilities**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Setting up and parallel run payrolls within the migration team through to handover to the Outsourced Services department
- Meeting with new clients and key contacts as required
- Liaising with clients to keep them informed throughout implementation and migration stages through to handover
- Working within the predefined Implementation & Migration processes with a view to making suggestions for improvements
- Completing all relevant documentation, detailing the understood requirements and agreeing the specification with the customer
- System set-up to pre-defined requirements; this can include all aspects of system setup
- Importing, checking and balancing take-on data, reporting any differences, missing data or anomalies to the client
- Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the setup meets the requirements.
- Handover to Support and the Outsourced Services team
- Contributing to product enhancement
- Proactively seeking to remain up to date with legislation and changes within the industry

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**
- Excellent knowledge of HR and Payroll processes, legislation and best practice
- Adept at using software and familiar with complex configuration
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Fantastic communicator
- Ability to maintain and foster close working relationships with clients & colleagues
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills
- Organised and methodical
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Honesty and respect for confidential information
- Ability to work well as a team
- Ability to operate in client facing meetings with contacts at all levels
