We’re very excited to bring a new Payroll Administrator role into our HQ based in Inchinnan with hybrid working available. As part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for managing the UK payroll process to ensure that pay is processed on time, accurately and in compliance with government regulations. You will also be involved in the review and approval of our European payroll.

Your duties will also include:

- Processing and calculating statutory payments, salary sacrifice arrangements and third-party deduction
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations, including NMW, Auto-enrolment etc.
- Providing monthly analysis of payroll costs to assist the business in decision-making
- Facilitating the provision of accurate payroll information to the company’s external auditors and tax advisors
- Providing input and guidance on updates required to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures
- Assisting in the implementation of a new HRIS system and ensuring compliance with regards to data privacy and data retention

You will also possess:

- Experience of preparing P11D’s, PSA submissions
- Experience of working with ADP would be beneficial and with an integrated ERP system
- Experience of improving effectiveness of processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable approach to business change
