**What you'll do**:
As a Systems Administrator, you will be:
- Provide support to end user users
- Responsible for support tickets and ensuring they are effectively managed and owned through resolution, in-line with documented procedures
- Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components
- IT inventory, software licencing and asset management
- Assist and implement projects relating to IT infrastructure
- Documentation of systems
- Administration of user accounts
- Onboarding & Offboarding of staff
- Administration of internal systems and processes
- Installation, configuration, maintenance and patching of Infrastructure, this includes network, backups, servers, telephone system
- All of the above in accordance to ISO 270001, CE+ and NCSC guidance.
**Here's what we're looking for**:
- Experience working within an IT helpdesk
- experience withing within an ITIL environment
- Experience using a centralised helpdesk call logging system
- Experience working with Microsoft Administration tools like Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experience with Networking - DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, WAN
- Experience working within a virtualized environment. For example: VMWare ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix, Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS
- Experiencing managing hardware with an MDM solution. For example: Intune, Mobile Iron, Meraki or Jamf
- Familiarity with change management.
**Bonus Points**:
- Already has NPPV3 clearance
- AWS experience
- InTune experience
- Entra ID/Azure AD experience
- Google G Suite (Google Workspace) experience
- Office 365 licencing and management experience
- Familiarity with Linux or Mac OS.
