We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Mail Order Customer Service team at our Ballinluig site. With customer service at the heart of our business we take pride in delivering excellence to our ever growing customer base.

If you enjoy working as part of a team and with luxury brands this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role offers full time hours 8:30am to 5:30pm.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Deliver top level customer services
- Ensure telephones are answered in a timely manner
- Daily reports for accounts
- Redeeming gift cards
- Processing gift cards
- Allocate orders in the post
- Allocating tasks
- Training
- Answering queries from other members of the team
- Identify staff skill sets and missing elements to effectively determine training required and ensure all customer service tasks can be covered
- Evaluate staff quality of work and output
- Deal with customer enquiries
- Tasks as requested

**What we’re looking for**:

- Essential - a full understanding of the Customer Services processes and procedures.
- Proactive in identifying Customer Service operational issues.
- Ability in leading and managing the Customer Service Advisors.
- A polite, friendly and approachable manner.
