**Teaching Assistant’s Wanted**

**Education Supply Pool** are a **PAYE Employer** recruiting **Teaching Assistants** to support day to day, short-term and long-term positions on the behalf of schools based in Severn Beach and its surrounding areas.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) Education or experience working within an education setting.

Teaching Assistants are a crucial part of the education workforce in Wales. The role of a Teaching Assistant is vital to supporting and motivating children in Wales.

Joining supply is also a great opportunity to get experience within different school settings to expand your Teaching Assistant experience at a flexible schedule you control.

**About Us**

- Minimum of 3 months experience inside a UK Primary or Secondary school classroom or teaching assistant environment.
- Assist with preparing lessons in all areas of the school curriculum with consideration of varied levels of student abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.
- Provide simulating activities whilst ensuring hygiene and safety rules.
- Maintain a supportive and clean classroom environment.
- Be attentive to the unique needs of each student and be able to identify proper solutions when children encounter issues.
- Great communication skills to collaborate with other teachers and families when needed.

We are a preferred supplier on the Welsh Government’s National Teacher Framework offering day-to-day and long-term positions throughout the school year. We offer a range of placements that can work around your schedule.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Pay: £90.00-£120.00 per day
