** Youth Support Worker **to join our team at a beautiful school in the West London area, a special needs school that supports students with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities. As a Youth Support Worker, you will work with our team of teachers and support staff to provide a high standard of care and support to our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in all aspects of their daily life, including personal care, learning activities, and social interaction.
- Help to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans (BSPs).
- Support teachers in delivering a differentiated curriculum to meet the needs of individual students.
- Monitor and record student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents/carers.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other school activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 08:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.
- Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
- Able to carry out personal care as part of the role.
- Available immediately to work as a Youth Support Worker.
