**Customer Support Advisor**

**£22,000 basic plus monthly bonus**

We are looking for caring individuals who have an enthusiastic approach in helping the general public, especially those in need. Joining a talented and high performing team who are experts in what they do, you will spend your day building rapport involving nurturing conversations and developing relationships with our existing customers delivering an outstanding level of service.

**What do you need to apply?**
- A positive and bubbly personality along with a clear telephone manner
- Earn up to £360 per month based on your monthly performance
- Previous telephone or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- A genuine passion for assisting and helping customers
- Excellent communication and listening skills
