**Case Executive (Case Management Software/IT proficient)**

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious caseworker who is IT proficient and able to learn quickly to join our team specialising in clinical negligence and serious injury.

This is a new arm of a business that has been running for over 25 years; we are a well organised and ambitious start-up with 3 years of high growth and continued growth plans. The role requires someone who can take charge with a can-do attitude, to join a friendly and hardworking team. This is a start-up professional services firm and
**needs a very motivated, client orientated individual with excellent customer service skills.**

The role will be operating Case Management software to manage a caseload of instructions from Solicitors, and working alongside Doctors and Lawyers to provide them with general administrative support throughout the lifecycle of cases.

**Salary**
Salary dependent on experience, with opportunities for career progression

**Main tasks of this role include (training provided)**:

- Operating case management software, we use Proclaim by Access
- Maintaining client databases, entering new client and contact information
- Dealing with and responding to client queries
- General administrative tasks such as paper filing, electronic filing, scanning and archiving, amending documents
- File management (file opening, closing, matter balance clearance, scheduling)
- Answering phones and taking messages wherever appropriate
- Providing general support to the wider team

**Qualifications**
- Degree level education preferred OR equivalent work experience

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Previous experience of working in a professional or law firm setting
- Ability to work with software and motivated to learning new systems is essential

**Office location and working hours**:

- Stafford, Staffordshire (Must be able to commute to Stafford)
