**Prime functions of the post holder will be**:
As a Senior Carer and Shift Leader, you will be expected to:
a) Build professional rapport with residents and their families, communicate with them in a way that respects their views, autonomy and culture.

b) To communicate effectively with all professionals concerned with the residents care.

c) To ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.

d) To produce shift by shift reports relating to all residents and the operation of the home during each span of duty.

e) To ensure resident well-being by promotion of company philosophy, its morals and values and upholding standards of practice in accordance with company policy & procedure.

f) To support the allocation of care and support tasks across span of duty and ensure adequate and accurate feedback to Registered Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.38 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
