Customer Support Specialist

_**Purpose Of Position**:_

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities Primary Responsibilities Key Functions Support
- Analyse and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams - Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
- Testing new software releases Personal Development Work through the education courses to become certified in the software and keep up to date with new releases as they become available.

**Required Skills**:

- Methodical approach - Being able to replicate a process and demonstrate as such is essential

Self-Motivation - Ability to work without constant supervision
- Self Learning - Ability to utilise the vast array of education media
- Soft Skills - The ability to talk to customers over the phone and in person, explain principles and report back findings from testing.
- Communication Skills - Good written, oral and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail - Attention to detail - General - A desire to learn and prove yourself No specific qualifications are required however, experience of a working in a manufacturing company would be desirable. Salary £20,000 to £25,000 plus pension and 22 days holiday rising to 28 after tenure plus bank

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
