We are currently recruiting a Senior Planner for our Civils division in Northern Ireland.

**Your mission**
- Planning using MS Project & Primavera Software or Powerproject
- Develop tender programmes including resource loading
- Coordinate schedules with site management, design teams & contractors.
- Understand & maintain the contract programme
- Track & monitor progress
- Develop & monitor KPI’s
- Project Progress Reporting
- Subcontractor Progress Monitoring
- Assist with integration of programmes into BIM models (4d planning)
- To provide strategic advice for safeguarding, and growth and development.
- To engage with planning bodies as may be required, including through written submissions.
- To work as part of a team, including through the flexible allocation of work as it arises.

**Who are we looking for?**

**Experience & Knowledge**
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills would include - MS Word, P6, Powerproject, Excel, MS Project.
- Knowledge of 3d and 4d modelling an advantage, but not essential.

**Personal Profile**
- Good communication Skills and ability to work as part of a fully integrated team is essential
- Ability to take a multi-disciplined approach to building projects
- Be technically orientated and fully conversant in drawings, specs, BoQs etc.
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Eligibility to work in Ireland and fluent English
