Client Care Coordinator

The Client Care Co-ordinator is responsible for co-ordinating and monitoring client care within the business on a full time basis, reporting into the Head of Client Care. The role will include co-ordination and working on resolution of any Client issues and complaints received, in conjunction with department heads. You will be someone who is focused on a positive solution for customers, working in a supportive and key department within Taylor Rose MW, the fastest growing Law firm in the UK.
We offer full training, a platform to develop your career, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, with numerous company events and activities, Pension and 26 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays.
**This role will involve but is not limited to**:
- Handling external complaints and third-party concerns, including liaising and coordinating with colleagues within time constraints to create resolutions
- Updating and maintaining central diary management system and record keeping processes
- Liaising with Head of Department/Deputy Head with insights
- Monitoring online and reviews and social media contact, attending to responses and assisting with logging and any required liaison
- Where required receive and handle all types of calls based on feedback for the business creating a welcoming professional impression providing excellent customer service on every call.
- Using case management and other systems tools to assist with calls and queries.
- General admin duties as and when required including management of central inbox
- Working closely with colleagues to help to deliver a seamless client journey
**About you**:
- Must be Client focused, fanatical about excellent service
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role
- Professional and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communicator and listener
- Ability to manage a demanding workload with varying deadlines
- Ability to prioritise tasks and easily adapt to change
- Strong IT and literacy skills
- Excellent at creating an exceptional first impression and being a brand ambassador
- Ability to constructively challenge colleagues and feedback information as appropriate at varying levels
