Head of Client Contract Delivery

This role will be responsible for overall management of the client contract delivery team ensuring the Client Contract Delivery Managers (CCDM) deliver in line with the roles and responsibilities of the fundamentals and principles of contract management. The Head of Client Contract Delivery will also have a portfolio of specific client contracts. The Head will ensure the overall client experience is met by the CCDM's, and they would maintain an overview across the client relationships, ensuring a consistent, high level of support is provided to clients, highlighting areas of risk, trends and opportunities for improvement that will strengthened the client experience and relationship.

**Main Duties include**:

- Manage a team of CCDM's ensuring delivery in line with the roles and responsibilities of contract management;
- Ongoing development of the CCDM's, ensuring knowledge of the Firm and the Clients are embedded and contract management skills and expertise continue to develop, identifying training needs;
- Support the Director of Client Care in undertaking assessments of clients needing contract management support, establish the level of support needed and assigning clients and activities;
- Support the creation of the centre of excellence within the Client Care team with a focus on innovation and driving efficiencies that benefit all clients not just those that being contract managed;
- Have a portfolio of clients where contract management support will be provided;

**Experience and competencies**:

- Strong project management skills including process orientation, reporting, resource management and budgeting;
- Experience of contract management across a range of different clients and/or service provision;
- Lead a team delivering a business support function;
- Experience of working with Procurement teams or Vendor Management contacts in client organisations, experience of working with in-house legal teams desirable but not essential;
- Experience: 5 - 8 years of business or legal experience desirable;
