Enhanced Care Practitioner

**Reporting to**:Head of Operations
- **Salary/Hourly rate**:£25,350 per annum (based on 37.5 hours and equivalent to £13 per hour)
- **Contract**:Permanent
- **Location**:Highlands - Inverness
- **Hours**:Range of full-time and part hours that will be agreed at appointment.

We are looking for experienced Care Practitioners who are keen to develop and use their skills to undertake the role of ‘Enhanced Care Practitioner’.
- Have at least 2 years of demonstrable experience of providing Care at Home and Support services to people within their own homes.
- A professional approach in dealing with people who receive our services, their families and other healthcare professionals.
- Have excellent communication and record keeping skills, and the ability to respect confidentiality at all times.
- Hold a minimum of SVQ 2 in Health & Social Care and be committed to continuous professional development.
- Hold a Full UK Drivers License and be eligible to drive company vehicles (pool cars will be available for use).

Ultimately, when the whole team has been recruited the service will operate between 07.00 - 22.00. Initially, it is expected that shifts will be from 7:00 - 16:30, on a four day rolling rota. However as the service develops flexibility will be required.
