**Role -** Property Negotiator
**Type of Business -** Charity
**Location -** Rochdale
**Salary -** £24,000-£25,000 (plus bonus)
**Hours -** Monday-Friday 37hrs p/w

We are working exclusively for a rewarding charity based in Rochdale. The charity work to reduce homelessness by finding homes in the private rented sector for people on low incomes and have over 30 years in achieving these goals.

**About the role**:

- Generate and follow up leads with Private Rented Sector owners and landlords to utilise new accommodation
- Respond to and assess suitable clients for identified properties from referrals
- Prepare marketing action plan and develop suitable strategies
- Develop and maintain a new landlord database
- Develop and maintain appropriate promotional materials
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
- Provide regular promotional, marketing and information updates to new and existing private rented sector providers
- Maintain activity records and prepare new leads reports
- Respond to new lead inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
