**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile handyman to join our team. As a multi-skilled handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, joinery, painting, and flooring. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in ensuring our facilities are finished to a high standard.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing fixtures, and ensuring proper water flow.
- Performing joinery work, including installing and repairing doors, windows, cabinets, shelving units, and other wooden fixtures.
- Handling flooring projects, including installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of flooring materials like carpet, tiles, hardwood, or vinyl.
- Assessing maintenance requests and determining the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborating with other team members, contractors, or suppliers as necessary to ensure timely completion of projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
- Proficiency in plumbing repairs, joinery work, painting, and flooring techniques.
- Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in the trade.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.

**Salary**: From £15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
