We have an exciting opportunity for an **Employability & Preparing for the Workforce Tutor** to join our dedicated **Health, Social Care & Education Curriculum team** here at Yeovil College.
The role will involve contributing to the delivery of your area of the curriculum working closely with other members of the team. Providing effective and appropriate delivery of our Value-Added curriculum programmes for students under the direction of course/programme managers, designing and planning the delivery of components of course/programme within agreed parameters. You will be responsible for appropriate documentation, statistical information, and administrative tasks as required by course/programme managers and other College agencies.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate the following:
- Experience of teaching within health, social care, education, or Early Years.
- Experience teaching employability or digital skills in the workplace.
- A recognised and appropriate teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
- An appropriate qualification in health, social care or Education and Early Years or qualifications in delivering employability skills.
- Proven background in successfully working as part of a team.
- Awareness of new methods of teaching e.g. modularisation, resource based learning.
- Well organised and co-ordinated approach.

**Salary: £24,495 - £29,820 depending on qualifications & experience.**
**Full Time, 37 hours, all year round**
