We are looking for a digital marketing apprentice who can grow with us and help take our brand to the next level.

**Brief job description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketer with Supportwise, a Computer Support and Services Company based in Swindon.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, with a particular focus on video marketing across various platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging video content for various platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Be the on-camera presence for our brand, delivering engaging and informative content to our audience.
- Assist in managing social media channels, creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with our online community.
- Perform basic video editing tasks and work with external resources when necessary.
- Track and analyse the performance of our video marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Attend networking events, webinars, and training workshops to keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Carry out other ad hoc duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

**Skills Required**:

- Confident and comfortable presenting in front of a camera.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Strong interest in video production and editing, with basic technical skills being a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Organised with good time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- GCSE’s or A-levels (or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
