At Consult's Healthcare Recruitment Division, we are excited to partner with a leading healthcare provider dedicated to enhancing the lives of older people through exceptional at-home eye and hearing care services. We are in search of a **Digital Marketing Manager **who is passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.

**Your Role**: You will spearhead our digital marketing efforts to amplify our optical and audiology services online, focusing on:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and business goals.
- Leveraging data analytics to guide decision-making, optimize marketing efforts, and demonstrate impactful results to stakeholders.

**Who You Are**:

- A digital marketing virtuoso with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Skilled in the use of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, PowerBI, and familiar with CRM tools like DotDigital or Hubspot.
- An analytical thinker with excellent project management skills, capable of driving digital campaigns from conception to execution.
- A strong communicator and team player, ready to lead and inspire.

**Salary**: £40,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
