- **The Role**_

You will be based within our Client Services team. The main purpose of the Lead Administrator role is to work with the Operations Manager and support new and existing clients through guiding them through the new instruction process whilst also providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and both client facing teams. It is therefore an ideal role to begin building a career within the firm and the Legal Service profession. In summary the role requires you to:

- Welcome clients to the office and when they call us.
- Supporting new clients through the new enquiry process, such as discussing legal issues with clients, providing information, and sending them documents.
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and the firm, such as scanning documents, managing diaries, dealing with post, taking identification, drafting letters and assisting with confidential administration.
- At least 2 years work experience, ideally within in an office or professional environment.
- A good standard of English and Maths (e.g. Grade 4 (C) or higher).
- Competency working with a computer.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Team player.
- Good communication skills.

- A salary range of £23,000.00 - £27,000.00 per annum depending on experience
