We’re looking for an enthusiastic digital marketer to join the Big Bear Creative team.

Our digital marketing clients are growing and we need a driven individual to join the team to assist in Search Engine Optimisation, Google Ads, web, and all aspects of Digital Marketing.

The primary role is to assist with digital marketing activities and help optimise our clients’ websites so that they can be found easier on Google.

You will be working directly with the whole digital team who will help and guide you through becoming a digital marketing ninja.

Previous experience would be awesome (but not essential), as would a genuine interest in Digital Marketing.

We’re a small but awesome team so a can-do attitude goes a long way.

**TASKS OF THE ROLE**:

- SEO work on clients websites - following the provided roadmap to deliver winning results
- Tweaking and writing website copy
- SEO reporting for our clients
- Analytics and data analysis
- Small website tweaks
- Assisting the Big Bear team in whatever is needed to help us produce award-winning projects for our clients
- Full training will be provided for all tasks.

**WORKING LIFE**

We have a lovely office based in St.Ives, Cambridgeshire which is our primary location for working.
You will ideally be available between 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday but we can be flexible for the right person.

Primarily to be based in or around St.Ives, Cambridgeshire.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Someone looking to build a career in the Digital Marketing space. Loves working with people and is a self-starter.
- You will be down-to-earth, reliable, and love working as part of a small and friendly team.
- You’ll be a steady pair of hands and love the excitement of a fast-moving but small digital marketing agency.
