We have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Town Planner to join our team based in London. This role is being offered on a 26 month Fixed Term basis.

The graduate will be required to enroll onto the RTPI or RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), and graduates will be provided full APC support with each assigned to a supervisor and counsellor; quarterly sign off meetings and 6 monthly supervisor counsellor reviews; organised CPD Events and Case Study support. Graduates will develop over the two year programme and will increase their mandatory, core and technical skills required for the APC process.

You will assist in S106 and CIL fund collection/negotiation activities, and comply with the company’s graduate programme and attend regular CPD events.
- communicate and negotiate with individuals and organisations;
- lead project teams to secure successful outcomes;
- influence emerging policies;
- project manage town planning teams.
