We have an exciting opportunity for a confident e Rostering Administrator (Band 4) to support and champion the effective use of the e-Rostering System.

We are seeking excellent analytical and communication skills and a focus on customer service is essential, as are an aptitude for problem solving and attention to detail.

You will be a critical member of a small team working in a busy fast pace environment supporting Clinicians, Managers and Users of the e-Rostering System by the creation, management and reviewing of rosters to continue delivery of safe and effective care.

You will work closely with our Workforce Analytics Team to ensure data accuracy across systems (ESR and HealthRoster) whilst reducing duplication and working towards improving data quality for a seamless service to employees.

The post holder will support the activities of current projects, where required, to deliver in line with agreed standards and timescales.

The post holder focuses on-going support and advice regarding effective rostering ensuring hours above contracted, enhancements and deductions are recorded accurately and timely for monthly payroll.

Respond to all pay queries respectfully, confidentially and efficiently in order to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties by taking the necessary steps to ensure that employees are paid correctly.

Work to ensure that all rosters are approved in line with the trust’s guidelines, to ensure all units are staffed appropriately; and teams are finalised at the end of each calendar month in time for the trust payroll.

Liaise with Workforce to ensure data accuracy with the system overnight integration “ESRGO” across systems (ESR and HealthRoster) whilst reducing duplication and working towards improving data quality for a seamless service to employees.
