**Job function**:
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our Project Resources team and play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts by handling various tasks, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for our organisation.

This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and other departments to achieve our recruitment objectives. As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the Recruitment Team by handling a variety of recruitment and administrative tasks.

This is a full-time position based at our Bromley office (UK).

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create compelling job adverts based on manager requirements and company standards, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, verify qualifications, and assess alignment with role and company culture.
- Provide hiring managers with recommendations based on interview assessments.
- Assist in drafting employment offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

- Available for full-time employment at our office in Bromley, Greater London, UK.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- Adaptability and proficiency in navigating fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong ability to build relationships and expand professional networks.
- English at intermediate level (writing & speaking).
