**Working Hours : 8.30am - 5.15pm (Mon
- Thurs)/8.30am - 4.00pm (Fri)**

**Plus one day college release (TBC)**

**Reporting to : Commercial Director**

**Location : Buckshaw Village, Chorley**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Estimating - pricing up new projects prior to entering into contract;
- Quantity Surveying - creating subcontractor orders, subcontractor valuation & payments,
cost investigation and reporting, comparison to budget and forecasting project outcomes;
- Procurement - handling site requisitions, creation of orders and processing invoices
- Site Management - experience of work on site to appreciate the requirements to deliver projects on time to a high standard of quality at a competitive cost
- A-C grades in English and Maths;
- Proficient and confident Microsoft Office user (Excel, Outlook, Word);
- Keen interest in construction and a willingness to work towards a qualification;
- Attention to detail and high standard of accuracy;
- Excellent numeric and literacy skills;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Confidence and determination;
- Good administrative skills;
- Confidentiality and professionalism;
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work;
- Demonstrates initiative;
- Ability to both work independently and effectively in a team;
- Adaptable/flexible;
- Punctuality
