As an overview, the role involves coordinating as-built surveys, overseeing the adoption of roads and sewers (S278, S38, S104 & S185), and managing utility and service connections.
You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of engineering details, preparing external works and drainage plans, and ensuring that all works comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Throughout, you'll address engineering queries from site teams and contribute to the successful delivery of development projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum HNC / HND in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
