As a Clinical Skills/Medical Devices Trainer at Harrogate District Hospital, your role centres on the development and implementation of cutting-edge clinical skills training programs. In addition to your commitment to continuous professional development, you'll play a crucial role in facility management, overseeing day-to-day operations, future development planning, and ensuring that the skills facility reflects the evolving needs of Harrogate District Hospital. As a key member of the People and Culture Directorate, Clinical Skills Team at Harrogate District Hospital, your role as a Clinical Skills/Medical Devices Trainer is integral to the education and training of medical students, doctors in training, and registered/unregistered clinical staff within the Trust. Working within this dynamic team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative clinical skills training programs, embracing a commitment to continuous improvement. The team's comprehensive mandate extends to both technical and non-technical clinical skills, including simulation and medical device training.
