**The role**

RevLifter is looking for a Onboarding Executive, to join the Project Management team and work alongside our Sales and Customer Success teams to create a seamless client experience. This is a brand new position (based ideally in Newcastle) housed in Services and reporting directly to our Head of Project Management.

You will work collaboratively across the business, using your project and relationship management skills to help client’s vision come to life, coordinating with our in-house Engineering, Creative Services and Customer Success teams.

You will have your own dedicated projects and clients that you will manage end to end - troubleshooting the process and platform to ensure a high functioning product for our clients and that they are fully supported throughout the start of their journey with us.

We have several exciting client projects coming up with big enterprise brand names, so this person will need to have the experience to hit the ground running.

**Responsibilities**
- Work to adherence of all departmental KPI’s & OKR’s
- After full training has been completed and to the satisfaction of the Head of Project Management. Manage your own workload of clients concurrently
- Provide regular status feedback on progress and keep Salesforce updated on the project status.
- As their main point of contact, sustain client satisfaction throughout the implementation, proficiently logging all relevant data which may impact ongoing campaigns or client engagement.
- Provide support to the other areas within the business, when required, to maintain business performance and an environment of collaboration and teamwork.
- Proactively provide written and verbal updates across the business on the progress of deals where relevant.
- Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success team to ensure a seamless client experience
Produce kick off material to be presented to clients
- Provide design and strategy briefs to internal stakeholders and clients
- Setup and configure client campaigns and offers within the RevLifter platform
- Consistently troubleshoot the platform for all client needs, working on problem solving independently and alongside QA & Engineering where needed
- Issue consistent Onboarding Comms incorporating reminders on deadlines, contact numbers and a key dates to internal teams and clients
- Contribute to keeping processes and procedure documentation up to date
- Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and customer experience
- Ensure projects are completed and launched to the clients full satisfaction and there are no issues post launch

**Requirements**:

- Experience in an Onboarding role or customer facing tech support role within a SAAS business
- Strong organisational skills
- Project management experience would be an advantage
- A confident communicator, who is comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- An adept problem solver who is comfortable escalating potential issues where necessary
- Experience with E-commerce brands or retail sector clients is desirable
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm and professional under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate overseas clients where required
