**Position Overview: Aesthetics Trainer**

As an Aesthetics Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of aesthetics professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting comprehensive theory and practical training sessions in face injectables techniques.
- Demonstrating treatment procedures to students and supervising their execution on live models (incl. consultation, taking medical history, patient (model) assessment, aftercare recommendations, injection techniques etc.).
- Collaborating in the creation and updating of training content to reflect the latest industry developments.
- Administering follow-up consultations and top-up treatments for models during training sessions (if necessary).
- Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety protocols and complication prevention procedures during all training activities.
- Ensuring the delivery of training to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Providing industry-specific information and support to sales and office staff as required.
- Maintaining the necessary qualifications and licenses mandated by UK regulatory authorities for delivering training.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Registered medical professional: Doctor, Dentist, or Nurse (Prescriber).
- Proven expertise in administering various face injectables, including Anti-Wrinkle Injections, Dermal Fillers, PRP & PRF, and more. Minimum 5 years industry experience.
- Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification, and 2 years experience in teaching.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both in theory and practical settings.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Committed to maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving training needs and methodologies.
