Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for a temporary opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with mental health needs? Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is currently seeking a Band 5 RMN to join our team at Lynfield Mount Hospital in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

**Job Details**:
As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care and support to individuals with mental health needs. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement appropriate interventions, ensuring the delivery of person-centered care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' mental health needs
- Developing and implementing care plans based on individual needs
- Administering medications and monitoring their effectiveness
- Providing psychological support and counseling to patients
- Assisting with crisis intervention and risk assessment
- Collaborating with the wider healthcare team to ensure coordinated and holistic care
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and adjusting plans accordingly
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation

**Working Hours**:
This is a temporary position starting from 29/02/2024 and ending on 29/02/2024. The shift will start at 07:30:00 and end at 20:00:00.

**Payment**:
You will be compensated at a rate of £262.50 per shift, with payment made through an umbrella company.

**Requirements**:

- Valid registration as a Mental Health Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Experience working in a mental health care setting, preferably within the NHS
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health conditions and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
