To support our activity in this area we are currently looking for a new Helpdesk Analyst to join the team and contribute to the great service the helpdesk has always been known for delivering.

A strong background in 2
nd
line support is essential for this role with strong knowledge of troubleshooting across Microsoft software and hardware including large printers, laptops, thin clients, vpn and telephony. You will be customer focussed and be able to diagnose relatively ambiguous problems in a way which puts the employee at ease and leaves them with a positive image of the IT department. You will be able to demonstrate previous evidence of process improvement in a helpdesk team including continual learning and process mapping.
