**Reading, hybrid working (3 days on site per week, minimum)**

**£72.33 per hour, Umbrella (inside IR35)**

**Clearance: Live DV clearance is required for this post.**

**Sector: Nuclear (executive non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Ministry of Defence).**

**As a Project Management, your main responsibilities would be to**:

- Managing projects with focus on Governance (compliance and reporting).
- Management of project resources (people, money).
- Leading the planning of the task/project.
- Managing work as defined in the Work Authorisation Document (WAD).
- Leading, supporting and initiate change against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
- Leading, initiate and perform risk and opportunity identification and subsequent actions.

**Essential skills / experience**:

- Deliver assigned projects in accordance with requirements, operational constraints, time, cost and quality.
- Leading, coaching and developing a team at a local level to deliver team and personal objectives safely and securely to meet our operational plans.
- Maintaining and promoting high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player.
- Strong Project Management background.
- Strong characteristics
- confidence, proactivity, able to challenge.

**Desirable skills / experience**:

- Project Management Qualifications.
- Previous experience within similar setting.
- Nuclear experience would also be adventurous.
