Trainee Property Manager

**Trainee Property Manager - Market leading Estate Agent in North London**
**Driving Licence is Essential* - This role is open to graduates**
**Salary up to £25k**dependant on experience
**Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 18:00 - work from home 1 day a week**
**Trainee Property Manager duties include but not limited to**:
- Arranging new tenancies and handling the move-in process
- Respond and deal with any repairs and maintenance that are required on the portfolio
- Carry out inspections as and when required and send feedback to the landlord
- Offer advice to landlords and tenants for any problems related to the property
- Ensure a smooth move out process at the end of a tenancy and deal with any deposit returns
- To ensure that the portfolio is all up to date with compliance and current legislation
