**How you’ll change it up**

As our Head of Operational Risk & Change, you’ll be responsible for authoring, maintaining and reviewing CityFibre’s change control framework. You’ll implement change control across the business, making sure that standards are operating effectively. Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:

- Providing advice and support to Group Operations, PMO and the wider organisation
- Supporting strategic and operational direction for future enhancement, from business enterprise to operational teams, communicating these policies and processes across CityFibre
- Owning the CityFibre Air Traffic Control (ATC) framework - ensuring it’s effective operation, authoring, maintenance and review
- Partnering with key stakeholders to develop and implement standards, processes, programmes and best practices related to change control and ATC
- Developing and rolling out robust reporting to assist in measuring time, cost and project performance

**What you’ll bring to the role**

You’ll have either a programme controls or commercial / cost background with specific experience in project budget and finance management. You’ll also bring the following with you:

- Project management methodology or framework (APM, Prince2)
- Risk management qualified (e.g., OGC, APM)
- Six Sigma accreditation to at least green belt
- Project management and change control principles, methodologies and tools
- Ability to reconcile data sets to produce clear and accurate reports
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
