- Ops Requirements & Inventory Control UK
- Support all industrial Operation plants in the UK to achieve targets set by corporate including but not limited to, Working Capital Reduction & Delivery scheduled adherence.
- To be the interface and collaborative link between UK Operation plants, other UK departments and Helicopters Operations in Italy.
- Deploy within the context of UK Plants, planning & control policies, rules and any initiative steered by Industrial Operations.
- Governance, Planning & Logistic, and to monitor their effective implementation and execution across all CoEs and geographies.

**What you will do**:

- Create, update and review DI’s for MP&C.
- Work closely with central Governance team to align ways of working and ensure processes are correct to achieve business targets in a controlled manner. Share these with the impacted areas ensuring understanding and adherence.
- Provide support to all MP&C areas to increase knowledge and efficiency within the departments (including process improvement activities).
- Hold monthly process meetings with MP&C UK.
- Work with other Governance areas to improve business relation.

- Qualified to a degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
- Experienced in process improvement, with the ability to lead workshops and process mapping activities.
- An essential ability is to be able to cope with dynamic, demanding and emergent business issues, with the capability to organise activities according to expected deadlines and business needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills; with the ability relay concepts and conclusions effectively, to experts and non-experts at all levels via formal presentations, briefings and written material.
- Experience of the following functions essential; MRP, A/C Operations, Logistics, Supplier management, Material management.
- Familiarity and competency above a basic level with the following software systems; SAP ERP, MS Excel, MS Word, SAP Business Intelligence/Warehouse and MS Visio.
- Exponent level of knowledge in a least one of the relevant modules of the SAP ERP system is essential, with a good general knowledge of the system overall.
- An analytical and methodical approach to problem solving and impact analysis is essential.
- A good understanding, with practical experience of ‘Lean’ principles and techniques is desirable.
