We are looking to grow our team of passionate speciality baristas / FOH staff.

We are looking for friendly baristas to join our small and sociable team, with at least one year’s experience in hospitality. This is a very customer-focussed role, so a natural, engaging confidence and curiosity is a must If you are passionate about coffee and food and pride yourself on outstanding customer service and attention to detail, please do get in touch. Our menu changes frequently so you will be continuously learning about new food and recipes - there is plenty of opportunity to further your career within the coffee / hospitality sector here

We plan to open in the evenings soon, so need applicants over 18 as you will be required to serve alcohol.

What we are looking for in a barista:

- Friendly and personable with a natural ability to chat to customers
- Clear communication amongst a high-energy, hard-working team
- Ability to work quickly, calmly, and efficiently during busy periods
- Maintain a clean environment prioritising hygiene and adhering to safety regulations
- Willing to work on all sections where required - we are a small team so when it is busy you may be required to lend a helping hand.
- Available to work weekends
