Job Title: Associate

Position Overview:
As a Hiring Associate in our esteemed consulting company, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process. Your primary responsibility will be to attract, identify, and work along with a dedicated team to help our clients all over UK. Working closely with the Human Resources and Management teams, you will contribute to the growth and success of our organization by ensuring that we have the right talent in place to deliver exceptional consulting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

- Conduct in-depth find out new client’s and maintain good relationship with our client’s and cultural fit with the company.
- Maintain a strong relationship with our existing and new network of client’s and proactively reach out to potential client’s for future opportunities.

Recruitment Coordination:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.

Employer Branding and Marketing:

- Contribute to the enhancement of the company's employer brand through engaging with Client’s and compelling recruitment marketing efforts.
- Actively participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to attract top talent to the organization.

Process Improvement and Analytics:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, client data, generating reports and insights to support networking and hiring decisions.

Compliance and Legal Considerations:

- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skill as you need to maintain a frequent relationship and contact with our client’s
- Proven experience (e.g., internships, part-time roles) in recruitment, client relationship, talent acquisition, or HR functions is preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided.
- Canidate’s need to have at least six month visa to stay and work in uk which will lead you to secure a work visa after your probation period.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a keen eye for identifying top talent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Graduate, Internship
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
